The primary purpose of this position serves to oversee the asset verification, personnel and records management functions of the organization. The incumbentÃ¢€™s success will hinge on his/her ability to ensure that all compliance issues pertaining to asset, personnel and records management are met as per the set audit requirements. This involves ensuring that personnel files and asset registers are regularly updated and are in compliance with the relevant audit requirements. Furthermore, the incumbent will assume a time sheet management function in which he/she will safeguard the integrity of monthly time sheet records by validating input data, ensuring that internal controls pertaining to time sheet management are adhered to and ensuring that these are timeously collated and submitted to the Compliance Coordinator for submission to HR for payroll purposes.
