As a HR professional and senior member of the team, you will assume the overall responsibility of aligning all business development activities to our client base. The primary purpose of the position serves to assume a business development and account executive role in aligning all recruitment service offerings to existing and prospective clients. The successful incumbent will be expected to constantly assess market trends, conduct market research and develop a comprehensive and appropriate marketing strategy in consultation with Management and other relevant stakeholders within the organization in order to ensure the amalgamation and integration of the marketing strategy with all business/ cost units across the board. Adopt a proactive approach in evaluating existing systems and processes of work flow; provide recommendations to Management on interventions that serve to enhance efficiency of process flow through the re-allocation of resources. Over and above the recruitment service offering, in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders, the incumbent will assist with the development of a comprehensive sales plan for each service offering and drive sales targets for the respective cost units. In consultation with management, you will develop a framework to improve and implement strategies, to grow the brand, while embedding and improving existing business relationships. Your success will hinge on ensuring that our value propositions remain highly relevant and competitive for our partners in line with our vision and values. Oversee the market development of particular strategic segments by capitalizing on our presence and the available expertise.
