Senior Human Resource Manager

The position requires an individual who can develop, oversee, direct and support the Human Resources strategy framework throughout the entire organization. The incumbentÃ¢€™s success will hinge on his ability to preemptively formulate and implement appropriate companywide policies, procedures and governance structures that serves to regulate effective control and safeguard employee data and information and processes. Proactively ensure accurate and relevant records of HR policies, procedures, manuals and staff information systems. Drive the job evaluation process and manage the provision of employee wellness, recruitment and selection so to contribute meaningfully towards an effective and efficient staff compliment. Develop a companywide talent management strategy which includes strategic workforce planning; recruiting; hiring; training and development; performance management and improvement; and succession planning. The successful incumbent will also act as an advisory function on a range of employment issues to ensure legal compliance and best practices as well as provide across the board support in Employment Equity planning and ensure the effective implementation of Affirmative Action guidelines and policies. The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director. The incumbent will also act as the official representative of the HR Function at EXCO level.
