Community Adolescent Treatment Support (CATS) Chief Program Officer (Grade 6)

As a Community Adolescent Treatment Support (CATS) Chief Program Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the upscaling of the CATS program at regional level. This will be done by building the technical capacity of MoHSS service providers and by providing support via mentorship of the CATS in the region. This role will also include coordination of all CATS activities in the districts, in accordance with the approved project plans and by ensuring adherence to project management principles. Furthermore, the successful candidate will ensure that all beneficiaries receive the appropriate differentiated care, based on the CATS Intervention Model.
