The position reports directly to the Financial Director with the primary objective of providing support
to the business by ensuring that the revenue and financial reporting is intact. You will be required
to take full ownership of your responsibilities, performing certain tasks independently or without
direct supervision. When necessary, standing in for the Financial Director may be required. You will
assume responsibility for all the accounting functions and systems relating to the company’s revenue
cycle, including; sales, finished goods inventory, system pricing, credit control and product costing.
As a Finance Manager, your hands on knowledge will allow you to make informed decisions and
recommendations on resource allocation and business processes improvements in the department.
You will also empower and align the department’s human capacity to the needs of the business.
To guarantee the competent management of the department, you need to exhibit resilience, be
accountable for decisions and deliver within the given lead time. You will have to show capacity to
take and implement decisions and reflect a solutions-oriented mind-set. You will have the freedom
to modify reporting tools and systems to improve the overall process efficiency. This position should
