Finance and Administration Officer

As the Finance and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of all grant transactions to partnership and the Client’s policies as well as International Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards. You will ensure that the administration and documentation of all accounting records are appropriately and accurately filed and hosted for easy retrieval and referencing. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the budget management process, provide monthly forecasts, formulate budgets and cash flow projections and monitor unit budgetary variances as well as allocations. You will disseminate financial information, budget updates and cash forecasts required by program managers and importantly to ensure governance and compliance is consistently applied and quality assurance is integrated in the way of work. Your success will hinge on your ability to respond to the demands of an organisation transitioning to establish a solid foundational framework for funding projects to be accommodated and preserved, to construct and streamline innovative operational processes.
