This position requires an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual who is stimulated by operating in a very demanding and fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Director, you will primarily be responsible for co-ordinating the administration of building repairs and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database for the various properties. You will ensure that the maintenance staff are well acquainted with what is required to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the properties. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, in dealing with their queries and resolving complaints should there be any. The incumbent will arrange for repairs and overall property maintenance, liaise with suppliers and make recommendations that best fit property needs. In addition to your primary role, you will also be allocated various ad hoc and administrative tasks aligned to the business.
