Marketing & Administration Manager

This position requires a dynamic, vibrant and versatile marketer who is comfortable working in a constantly evolving consulting environment. You will constantly assess market trends, conduct market research and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy in order to ensure the consolidation and organic integration of the strategy with all business units. You will proactively evaluate existing systems and processes of current work flow and provide recommendations to Management to improve the efficiency of current practices and allocation of resources in line with the marketing strategy to improve existing client retention as well as onboarding of new clients. Over and above the marketing activity, the incumbent will assist with the development of a comprehensive sales plan for each service offering and assist in driving these sales targets for the respective cost units. Ideally, you will be the interface between the organisation and the clients and work with various stakeholders to determine sales budgets and targets. You will work with the management team to develop a framework to improve and implement strategies, to grow the brand and at the same time solidify and improve existing business relationships. Your success will hinge on your ability to ensure that the business brand remains in line with our organisational values, vision and mission and increased client retention.
