If you are tech-savvy and can easily combine data/maps with geographical related data, then this position is for you. Reporting to the Program Manager from the University of California, San Francisco and the Project Principle Investigator at UNAM, you will be responsible for the general day-to-day operation and management of the Zambezi Region Malaria Surveillance Spatial Decision Support System (SDSS). You will also be required to develop and coordinate operational schedules for field response team based on data generated from the (SDSS). Additionally, you will be required to work with team members in Windhoek and the Zambezi region to ensure that all SDSS-based surveillance activities conducted are of high quality and meet the needs of the project. You will ensure that the team members are trained by and work along-side multiple experts in different aspects of geospatial surveillance operation, management and analysis.
