This role is ideal for an outgoing individual with a flair for bringing different people together for a common cause, in this case spearheading the collaboration between the strategic partners and harmonising the activities of multi-disciplinary field teams to achieve project objectives. Under the supervision of the Control Health Programme Officer of the Response Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day PHIA activities in Namibia, local IRB reviews and approvals, support the survey organisation field teams, and coordinate the project activities amongst the PHIA stakeholders. You will also be required to support staff training on study protocol and ensure that procedures, policies, and relevant regulations are followed. You will do progress reports and maintain study regulatory files, as well as provide oversight of specific PHIA activities.
