You will be responsible for aligning the recruitment and OD service offerings to existing and prospective clients, of which your success will hinge on your ability to grow the recruitment service offering portfolio i.e. predominantly by successful placements and recruitment client portfolio expansion, thus exceptional marketing and sales and skills are critical to the role.You will be expected to effectively position and deliver the services of the organization to the market place. Over and above existing techniques, you will design specific techniques to establish and maintain client confidence and ensure excellence-oriented service delivery aimed at establishing a strong presence in the market place. Innovate around traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as enhancing and developing new, creative recruiting solutions that will add value to the market place. You will champion and participate in the roll-out of specific organizational development interventions alongside the recruitment team. These OD interventions include; Performance Management, Training Needs Analyses, Skills Audits, Business Process Re-engineering, Job Evaluation & Grading, Job Analysis & Design inter alia. In light of the above, a highly conceptual mind-set is required, specifically in order to meet the multidisciplinary demands associated with this role; thus exposure and a conceptual understanding of various facets of Human Resources and Organizational Development will serve as a distinct advantage.
