You provide secretarial services to the business in line with their relevant frameworks and display a keen interest to acquire expertise within the legal field. You will be required to type legal documents, maintain methodical and structured filing systems, do accurate and precise minute taking. Your administrative support enables the legal practitioners to effectively record, archive, extract client records and data as well as provide exceptional client service. Your capabilities, skills and knowledge comes from a legal secretary or executive secretarial background and experience, familiarity with and knowledge of legal procedures, protocols and court systems and a functional understanding of the operation of a legal office.You bring good computer literacy, proficiency in English, working knowledge of Case Management software, excellent secretarial and interpersonal skills and a willingness to juggle multiple activities, manage pressure and display impartial objectivity when engaging with a cross-section of clients.
