The core purpose of this role is to create a strong online presence for the Client in Namibia. Despite this position being new to the organisational structure, its essence is founded in the incumbentÃ¢€™s ability to consistently strengthen the organisational brand and build relationships both internally and externally. The successful incumbent is required to innovatively manage the ClientÃ¢€™s portfolio on current and newfound social media platforms. Such portfolio management is aimed at expanding the ClientÃ¢€™s reach to itÃ¢€™s consumer service base, through executing digital marketing on social networks and responding to consumerÃ¢€™s queries in real time by making use of the multiple social media. The incumbent is expected to work effectively with internal departments to consolidate organisational marketing strategies, thereafter creating attractive web content that is in line with the overall organisational strategy. This exciting role is positioned within a structured yet extremely dynamic environment which offers the incumbent the thrill to work as a pioneer in the social and digital media field within Namibia.
